Introduction

Key responsibilities
As Supply Chain Assistant you will be a part of Supply Chain and Customer Service team and refer to our Supply Chain Manager. You will assist with master planning, including procurement and supplier forecast. You have to ensure seamless processes and professional customer service with a focus on efficiency and quality. A typical workday would touch upon:
- Coordination with suppliers to ensure seamless transition between DC Operations and Transportation providers
- Assist with reviewing stock reconciliations
- Complete various analysis reports and presentations as needed using Windows 365 platform.
- Ensure our master data is up to date in Navision (ERP system)
Qualifications
We do not limit candidates to the below qualifications, as motivation and a willingness to learn is valued. Qualifications could be:
- At least 1,5 years of experience with supply chain concepts
- Experience in managing demand and supply planning activities in Europe
- Ability to organize tasks in an effective, efficient and logical manner, while working independently
- Experience with digitalization of work processes
- Educational background could be a bachelor or professional bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics
